Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your monobid account and the personal data attached to it. We act on the request within 30 days.
How to request it
Email [email protected] from the address on the account. Include the organisation you belong to. We will confirm before anything is removed.
What is deleted
Your user record, your profile, your session history, and your membership of every organisation on monobid.
What is kept, and why
Bids you placed and lots you won are kept as part of the auction and transaction record. They are what proves who bought what, and other parties — the seller, and in some cases a tax authority — have a legitimate interest in them. They are dissociated from your profile but not erased.
